Not totally. The Riders have Winnipeg's #2 overall. The Bombers are slotted into Saskatchewan's spot at #6 then don't pick again until the 4th round. The Taman influence still lingers but it looks like he packed it with him to Regina. The Riders have 2 of the first 4 picks then can head for an extended lunch as their 3rd pick doesn't come until the #33 spot.

Hey, I never said it would be instantaneous for the Bombers.  ;D  I guess the 'wheeling and dealing' with Canadian draft picks just moved a little bit west of where it used to be...

This is true and very unfortunate. Thankfully Winnipeg has been able to acquire several players who were mid round picks last season. And it hasn't cost Winnipeg any draft picks to acquire these players. They also have two offensive lineman coming to camp who were draft and then went back to school last season.  The key player in the Romby Bryant trade last year was young Canadian receiver Jabari Arthur who really turned head in Calgary last season before being injured. Before his injury he had been considered to be ahead of Thellwell on the depth chart.
